Dear Southside Families,

Happy August! As these warm summer days start winding down, we’re getting so excited to welcome everyone back for a bright new school year. Whether you're a returning family or joining our community for the first time, we can't wait to see you!

Here are a few key dates to help your family get ready:

• Monday, August 24: Main Office Opens (Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday)

• Wednesday, September 2 (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM): Southside Open House! Drop by to tour your classroom, bring in school supplies, and say hello to your new teacher.

• Tuesday, September 8: First Day of School (Grades 1–6)

• September 8 & 9: Kindergarten Soft Start (by appointment)

• Thursday, September 10: First Full Day for All Kindergarteners

A quick note: If your family has moved or your child won't be returning to Southside this fall, please give our front office a quick call so we can help update our records.
